Can you take pictures with the flip camera?

I can't take pictures with my USB Camera!?

  • I've been trying to use my USB camera to take pictures. 1 each time i take the pic with the camera it shows me my list of softwares to show the image, none of them work, and 2 when I look for the camera on my computer ITS NOT THERE! the picture has yet to show up and I even downloaded the right drivers from the website (Dynex usb camera) ITS NOT WORKING, AHHHHHHHH, I really don't wanna have to buy a real camera, so could someone pleease help me out!

    Tough one here! Did you "install" the software, merely downloading it is not all it takes. Try going to control panel, add/remove hardware and go through the process of adding the camera. One thing to do with any USB device is to turn your speaker volume up, then plug the device in, within a few seconds you should hear a telltale sound of your PC recognizing the device, if you don't, something is wrong. Also, try running microsoft update with the device plugged in, it sometimes finds a missing driver/software which you can then install.

Well you said you down loaded the drivers but did you make sure they were the updated drivers or the Originals ? Also is that camera compatible with your computer operating system ? Oh and try down loading not just the right drivers but also the software that usually comes with the camera.
