How to fix graphics card on my pc?

I tried to install my nvidia geforce 7600gs 512mb graphics card into my pc . nothing came up on the screen?

  • well i inserted the agp card into my agp socket on my motherboard. i connected my monitor cable to the graphics card and all the other cables to the pc. i turned on my pc and nothing came up on the monitor. it was blank as if nothing had been connected to it. i tried shutting down my pc from the main on/off button on the front and it didnt work. then i just pulled the plug from the back took out the graphics card and stuch the monitor cable onto my mobo socket. i have built in graphics on my mobo and no card. what am doing wrong?how can i fix it? my pc is well surpasses the minimum reccomendations of the graphics card/

    Go into your system BIOS and enable your AGP slot. Since your system came with onboard graphics, you also need to disable the old graphics .

Assuming that your your motherboard supports the card, then just check that whether u have installed the latest drivers or not. If the problem still persists, then check yur card. It may be faulty.

if system not boot you may install card bad. if system boot may be your monitor is out of frequency.
