Consider using Reginout for this issue.

You most likely have a lot of viruses. You should go to a website that scans your computer and shows whats wrong with it or buy antivirus. It also might be that you're running windows 7 or vista without efficient ram. You can take your computer to a store and have them upgrade it.

Do three things: a) Clean system trash with reginout b) Uninstall and delete all software’s that you do not use. c) Add more RAM

what you operating systems? Different oS, different optimization settings so.

delete system 32 but in all srsness, just reformat it when you boot it up go into f11/f12 and reformat the computer its probably flooded in viruses and then reinstall everything make sure u save key files onto a usb or if you really don't wanna do that just download malwarebytes and/or avast and have em fix everything up

http://www.crucial.com let it scan your system it should tell you how much ram your motherboard can handle XP Home or Pro Editions uses the least RAM compared to Vista or Win7. That will be your biggest change in speed. Odds are the motherboard can only handle a CPU that is a little faster. Also scan for viruses. Do a defrag. If you never done one then do that overnight. You do not want to be using the computer for anything else but the defrag. Might be bad sectors on the hard drive slowing it down. There is a DOS command chkdsk /r I prefer the /r flag. For more reading, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CHKDSK Bad sectors can cause the hard drive to repeatedly read the same sector and therefore, slows it down.

Try stopping your programs from starting on their own. Start -> Run -> type in "msconfig" (without quote marks) -> Click on the startup tab -> Uncheck everything excluding your anti-virus -> Reboot. Try defragging your HDD. Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> Disk Defragmenter (Windows XP) Try scanning for viruses with something like Malwarebytes or SUPERAntiSpyware Malwarebytes: http://www.malwarebytes.org/ SUPERAntiSpyware: http://www.superantispyware.com/

There are a number of things that you can try ... Delete cookies, temporary internet files, and history Remove old/unused files from your computer Compress large files Increase your RAM and reset your virtual memory Run virus scan (Malwarebytes or Security Essentials) Defrag your HDD

Clear up its memory and add ram if you can. There are places where they do PC fixes to speed them up. Ask someon in Best Buy, Comp USA, or anywhere were you got it.
