How do I get this web cam to work?

I'm trying to get my web cam to work on my deskto but I can't get it going. What do I have to do to get it to work?

Answer:
The web-cam must have came with a disk. You must install the disk software on your computer in order for the web-cam to work. If you dont have the cd. Go to where u purchase the camera and they must guide you on it. You can also go to google.com and type in software for whatever model camera you have and download it to you computer.
