A new SD card, tried to upload pics to my computer and it said i need to format disk in drive E?

ok i have a new SD card, i got it the other day, has a few pictures and bout 2-3 short movies on it, i tried to get them on my computer and it said: you need to format removable disk in drive E: before you can use it what do i need to do??

Sometimes, you need to format the SD-card before you start using it... this is usually stated on the packaging. If you don't wanna lose your pictures, you should try your SD-card on different slots (different devices) and hope that one of them just loads the files. It is possible to format your SD-card without losing the files, but it's tricky.
