What should i do for the video card to be detected?

The Sims 3 "Devide 0 cannot run this title.No supported video graphics card detected.Please check your.."?

Right so i just got the Sims 3 and played it once, but then i switched off the laptop and when i switched it back on and tried playing it it said "Device 0 cannot run this title. No supported video graphics card detected. Please check your system hardware". Before getting the sims i went on can you run this and it passed the minimum, so everything should be ok. My system: HP Touchsmart tx2 1010ea Processor: AMD Turion(tm) X2 Dual-Core Mobile RM-72 2.10GHz RAM: 4.00GB (2,75GB usable) 32-bit Operating System Please help :)

im assuming that you are using a ATI graphic chipset (the grahics card) id head to amd.com an get ur graphics card updated with most recent software and if you pass minimum then you should be ok my pc sucks an i can pull Starcraft 2
