What's a really good headset for Yahoo Voice?

We have Yahoo instant messenger with voice,and a multimedia headset. I can hear but they can't. What's wrong?

• I tried using the headset to do a net2phone call and I could hear them but they could not hear me. Is it a computer problem,headset or phone? Please help me

  your headset mic volume is set to be minimum or it has been muted. If you see a "Speaker" icon on the bottom right hand side of your screen, double click on it. Then in the window that comes up, check if there is a volume adjustment setting for "Microphone" or "Line-In" If there is any such thing, then increase the volume or un-mute those settings. If there is no such thing, then click on options - > properties. In the white area, make sure "microphone" and "line-In" are checked and click ok. by default the values will be muted, you will have to unmute them. click ok and you should be set to go. otherwise, click on start - > control panel - > sounds and audio devices in the window that comes up click on the button that says "advanced" and follow the same previous procedure.
