I have a philips webcam model SPC610NC and it wont work with yahoo, i dont know why.

ive contacted philips and they said it was yahoo that needed to work on it and every time i click a contact yahoo link it goes to another page that has the same link so i cant seem to contact yahoo so can anyone help me get my webcam to work with yahoo?
