How would one become a rally car racer?

I'm 14 and I have watched many races and videos, and I FELL IN LOVE! How would one become a rally car racer like Ken Block etc.? Please any experience from people that do rally race would be thankful.

Answer:
Ken block is just a rich guy who made him self a rally racer. Same with Pastrana. Don't get me wrong they are pretty good but nowhere near a WRC level racer. If you are serious about it, attend some local rally cross races. They do them everywhere all the time. Maybe check if SCCA has a site that will give you info on it. Just attend and get to know people and when you get your license, you can try competing.
