Which is the best full HD camcorder?

Which hd camcorder is best? and cheapest?

• i was looking into the flip ultrahd. I want a camcorder dat records in hd (720p). I prefer one with best quality for its price. So i know dat a 400$ camcorders quality would be better than a 200$. I prefer if its under 200$ pls. Is the flip ultra hd good? hows the quality?

  I have the SD camera (non-HD), and there's way better out there! You have limited zoom, unless you're up close the audio isn't very good (you can probably fix that in editing). If you don't mind that, then go ahead and buy it.
