How can i make my video high quality?

ok i made a video to put on youtube. its really fuzzy and i want it to be high quality. how do i make the little button that says "watch in high quality"? PLEASE GIVE ME STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS. people say to put stuff in the url but how do i get to it? thanks

Follow the guidelines at vimeo.com. Their instructions for video compression work well for vimeo.com and youtube.
