Why is dazzle a good capture card?

Will a Dazzle USB video capture card work with a A/V R cable to turn my camcorder DVC-DVD650 into a webcam?

• I am wanting to turn my Sony DCR-DVD650 camcorder into a webcam. My video camera came with a A/V Remote connector that has RCA plugs at the end. I was wondering if I can plug the RCA cables into the capture card, and from the capture card to my USB connector in my laptop.   Sorry I can't be more help, but your camera has no webcam functionality in the specs, so I seriously doubt it. With the money you'd spend on that card, you could get a cheap webcam, and a cheap mic. Hopefully, someone else can say for sure, but it doesn't look good. Webcams are less than 15$ sometimes
