Camcorders that take widescreen pictures?

  • I'm wondering if there is such thing as a camcorder that takes still pictures in widescreen. If you know of any it'd be a great help.

    Camcorders always go on sale so wait until the oppurtunity comes. I am sure that it will. I suggest you look at Panasonic's HDC-SD9. This camera is about $2000. I'll list out the benefits. 1.It is full HD ((1920i)High Defenition) whereas often HD cameras are only partial (72i) HD . 2. It is very compact (transportable by a jean pocket). 3. Easy and techy. 5. HD is better than other brands. 6. As you know, YOUTUBE now broadcasts HD videos. Have fun with your camcorder!
