What's a good camcorder under $200?

Whats a good camcorder for around $200 or under?

I am about to start a program at work and want to do a video blog about it on youtube. I would like to know what the best camcorder is for something like that. What I'll be doing: 1. Setting up a tripod for one room/angle filming mostly 2. Conducting on the go interviews/ 3. Filming scenery and car scenes. 4. All around LOTS of talking so it needs to have good audio recording, possible a mic hookup even. This does not have to be ubber fancy. I understand I am asking for something for pretty cheap and understand that means not as great quality. I just want the best I can get.

For that price budget my suggestions would be the Aiptek Action HD GVS, and Kodak ZI and I believe also Kodak's Playtouch series. Those have microphone inputs
