Canon DC220 camcorder pc uploading problem! please help!?

i bought a canon DC220 camcorder last Sunday, and i can't upload my video from the dics i had installed all the softwares from the dvd that went with the box, but i still can't upload the video when i plug the camcorder into my computer, and open up the camcorder, it say "incorrect function" how can i fix this, please help!

Answer:
Since the DC220 records to mini DVD discs - you would only need to finalize a disc in the camcorder. The disc would then be read by your computer's DVD rom drive. You could then rip the videos to your computer.
