Is the flip ultra HD a good camera?

I need help on what HD camera to buy, a Flip Ultra HD or a Sanyo VPC-TH1?

• Im not sure if the quality of the cameras is much different. I am mostly going to use it for skits and ESPECIALLY green screen. Im having trouble because the Flip has an underwater case. Its a very hard choice! Please help!
