What is the closest camcorder to the VX2100?

I am looking for a Sony camcorder. These are what I want: 3CCD or CMOS HD or SD Not a Consumer Camcorder I wanted to buy a VX2100, but because it is not sold anymore, I don't want to buy an old one and have it break the next day.

I owned vx2100 and it will not break tomorrow..cause it's really good camera..you can try UZ1 from jr.com..I got both for my business it's great for me...
