What is the best camcorder for under 300 dollars?

I have a 7 month old son, and I want a cheaper video camera to capture him. I want a camera that is easy, not necissarily the buttons, but how easy it is to record on a DVD. I don't know much about how to but it on my computer then burning it. I am sure I could, but i just want the simplest camera to view my video and not have to have my camcorder to do so. I also want stabilization, and something that is good in all light types. Thanks!

Don't get minidvd, get a flash drive camcorder, it is much easier to download and edit and better quality. With minidvd, you have to convert the video before you can edit it on your computer. I have the canon FS 100 flash drive camcorder. It's easy to download.
