What is the difference between a Camcorder and a video Camera?

Camcorder doesn't take pictures usually. Video camera takes videos but is also a camera, so it takes pictures as well.

Technically speaking ..."It's THE SAME" Camcorders or Video Cam can take "STILL" pictures only in some Models..not all Video Cam has this FEATURES
