What is the best Camcorder you can buy?

What is the best digital camcorder I can buy for $200 or less?

• Most of the videos I would use it for will go on YouTube. I don't really care what brand it is, although I would prefer a well-known, reputable brand. I've done a lot of shopping around and I just can't decide what is best. Help!
