Is the Kodak Zi6 Pocket video Camera good?

I like to film and edit videos to put onto youtube and I already have a DXG-572V Video camera and i want to get something better that is not too expensive. I was reading about the Kodak Zi6 Pocket Video camera and they said it was good, but i want to know what other people think about it. Is there any other good not so expensive video cameras? if so then what is good about them and how much do they cost?
