Whats a good cheap skate camcorder?

I had a insignia camera and the screen cracked and i didnt like it a whole lot. so i want a new camcorder i can use for when im skating, that will take action shots and take videos of course. i also want it to have good quality of course good enough to see a sticker on my board. but i want to stay around the 200$ range. thanks if anyone can help
