How do i get a camcorder mini disc onto my computer?

How do i load my dvd-rw mini discs from my camcorder to my computer and then onto a larger disc?

• i have recorded on a dvd-rw mini disc(panasonic) and i wanted to load it onto my computer and then onto a larger disc....but do i have to finalize it first? because when i did finalize it, all it did was play the movie and i wasnt able to move the files onto a regular sized disc..but when i didnt finalize, i connected to my computer but it was all read only files please and thank you

  there should be a cable and software that came with your camera. the cable should be able to connect to the computer and the software can aid u in taking the files off the camcorder and even might be able to help u make a regular dvd from those files
