Can you take pictures with the Samsung sc- mx20?

Should I get the Samsung SC-MX20 camcorder or the DXG 595V camcorder?

I don't know which one is the best deal. I make a webshow and I like to make random videos. That's what it will be used for along with making home movies and recording footage on family vacations.
