How can i use my samsung camcorder as a webcam?

When i plug my usb in the camcorder, and then plug it in my pc, it says USB is connected, but when i want to go to menu it makes a sound like you cant, how can i use it as a webcam>:>??>?>?>>

Since you do not give us a camcorder model, you will get this. Plug camera into computer, make sure it is turned on and has power to be on for a fair long time. Open "MY Computer", see if it recognizes your camcorder. If it does double click on the camcorder icon and see what come up If you get an image of what the camcorder is using, you can us it as webcam, you just need to set it up. If no video camcorder view comes up, your screwed and tattooed, this camcorder can not be used as a webcam.
