Does my camcorder have the hav av in to record console gameplay?

    Camcorder AVI ports are one way, and that is out. Want to record your game play, hook your Game machine to either a DVD Recorder or DVR, then run the wires from the machine of choice to the Monitor or TV. Then set your Camcorder to point at you playing this game. When done, take all the footage to your NLE, put game play as base and you playing as a Picture in Picture feature. Windows movie maker cannot do that
