What is the best camcorder/camera I can buy for $125 or up?

I honestly just want the best deal for my money, good picture and long battery life. I'm currently looking at the Flip Ultra second gen. but I'm still not sure. Help?

What are you looking for? HD? SD? Zoom? Hard Disk Drive? MiniDV tapes? DVD's? Battery life only depends on the battery which can be easily changed. The best camcorders I have seen are from Panasonic, but I have a Sony because of the deal. I guess I would look at the Sony Handycams, but a better answer needs more info. ;P Sorry...
