Why won't Windows Movie Maker import my video?

Why dont my flip video cam videos import to windows movie maker!?!?!?!??!(please open)?

Windows Movie Maker will not accetp Flip video (mainly in MP4 format) natively, instead it can only support a few file formats like avi, wmv, mpg, asf, if u want to import Flip video to it, i am afraid, u will need to change it to the proper formats compatible with it, as far as i know, there is one application that can help u, just Google Flip video converter, i suppose u will get a big surprise
