What is the video format for usb/dvd player?

Which video format will be played in SONY DVD player using USB device?

  • I tried a lot of video formats in my DVD player, but i don't know which format will be played by the DVD player, if so tell me some converter software available to convert to those format?

    With out knowing the model its a little hard to say, some will play mp4, mpg, wmv, obviously VOB as thats the same as a dvd. you could try them for a start, then maybe look at the handbook, even if you look on the top of the dvd player sometimes formats are listed there. look on Sony's website they normally have a good section on models and specs.
