Witch Flip camcorder is the best to get?

So i want to get the best camcorder for the money?

• So far, I have found the Sanyo Xacti VPC-FH1, which is said to have Full HD capabilites and other cool things, well look for yourself to see full description. ( I'm not sure on the sound quality of it though, it doesn't state how good it is) I was wondering for this money below £400, is there anything better i can get. I need a Full HD camcorder with excellent sound quality, and it has to be strapped, as i do not want a little flip camera. Thankyou.
