I have an insignia camcorder and dont kow how to work it!!!! Help!!?

Ok so I have an camcorder ( on it says NS-DCC5HBO9) but it doesn't tell me about voice recording or music how do i activate it. How do you do it Please help i want to put music on it or record someones voice. and the manual doesn't say how so don't say look in the manual all it talks about is taking videos and pictures. PLEASE HELP!!!!

Well I am still having problems with the music but to record a movie just hit the little button with the video camera (this also applies for voice recording I believe)
