What video format does Zune support?

VLC does not support the audio or video format "undf". Unfortunately there is no way for you to fix this. Why?

UNDF is an undefined file. This may be because it is corrupted, or it is still in the process of being downloaded, and therefore vital information is missing. It is not a file type.

it is an abbreviation (undf = underfined) of the video and it not having the specific headers used to identify the video in which it is to play , unfortunately whatever has happened has caused to format identifiers to be lost , and it would seem the file is corrupted , or not completed
