What is the best type of Video camera?

  • Ok so I take video production in school and i wanted to start making videos and other things and maybe occasionally put them on youtube, but i dont want a camera that would only be good for youtube. I kind of want a decent good quality video camera with high definition. the one i have now is ok but the picture isnt as crisp and clean as i would want it. Could you please tell me what a good video camera is that i could get? oh could you give me an explample of a video camera thats more on the cheaper side and then another one that might be a little more expensive. I really dont want to go ovre three hundered

    The Canon FS400 Camcorder would be an ideal choice , it has a whole heap of things which drive it to be quite a good contender for you tube primarily , and the added bonus of any application as well , with canons great optics , and a 41x optical zoom as a feature , generally as a rule , any camcorder which works well in low light and has a good sized iris is good , canon have great optics , they also have an easy to use system , which is quick to learn , and fast to respond to changing situations in live video situations .. definitely a great choice

I use 2-camcorders..that are many years old.. Canon zr800 JVC GR-DA30u === I prefer DV-tape..this gives me a DV-file.. The computer creates a DV-avi file.. I use wide screen..it creates a better file than standard 4:3 ratio video.. === Next is your computer.. You need a x16 video card.. I use a Firewire for importing my camcorder stuff.. === The rest is experiance..I've been at it for just about 9-yrs.
