Flip Video Camera Space?

Flip video camera keeps loosing space?

  • ok so i uploaded all my flip videos to my computer(mac) and then unplugged my camera. when i turned it on it said 40seconds of free space when there is no videos on the camera anymore. what should i do. thanks

    Hey I had this trouble too. You can reset your camera with a bent paper clip in the tiny hole inside the tripod screw hole on the bottom of the camera. If that doesn't work you might have to send it back. Their customer service has been awesome for me - they even replaced it after a year when the screen went bad! Hope that helps. This is unusual, however plug your camera back into your computer and check that you have not accidentally put any files on the camera, if so delete them and see if it works. If not consult flip customer service.
