Looking for a good Video Camera, what should I get?

  • I'm looking for a good Video Camera. I have of course thought about purchasing a Flip Mino camera but I just learned that they can't take pictures, which is just dissapointing, and don't want to have to use stills from pre-recorded stuff. Some guidelines. ~Something shaped very closely to the Flip ~Video+Picture ~HD, but not necessary ~Something around the price of a Flip. I still may get one, but the lack of no picture taking is a turn off.

I'm sorry, I had a look and couldn't find any cameras with your description. Perhaps, if the shape isn't important, you could buy a still camera that has video capabilities...? Also, until then, using programs like Windows Movie Maker you can take frames from your video and save them as Jpgs. You probably knew that but i thought I'd point it out just in case!
