What is a free, easy to use movie editor?

My kids and their cousin want to make movies. They want chroma key effects-- they are elementary age kids. Is there a FREE movie editor that they can download for free, or use online that would allow for chroma key effects, that isn't too hard to learn to use?
Answer:

ZS4 can do chroma keying and it's free, BUT I doubt if elementary school kids will be able to use it. If they do, please ask them to explain it to me!

Well, Windows Movie Maker isn't going to work because it can't use Chroma Key. I'm not sure, but I would use iMovie. I am pretty sure you can key on that, and if you have a Mac, it should work.
