URGENT : how to recover deleted videos from JVC Everio?

• so the other day i deleted all my videos on my JVC everio camcorder thinking i already uploaded them on my laptop. turns out the upload wasnt completely successful. only a couple videos came on. anyways the most important videos were ones my dad took when he went to Lebanon to see his family. he took a few videos with his really old uncle that he had a really good bond with. When i found out i didnt have the videos anymore i was upset a little but i didnt think much of it until today. My dad's uncle DIED. :( yes, he died yesterday and now my dad will never see him again. my dad doesnt know the videos are gone. i really need them back now. i want my dad to be happy. i will do whatever it takes. i started crying when i found out all this. Is there any 'recycle bin' or ' 'deleted' folders when plugging in my camcorder to the computer. anything please. :( rip.

  It's possible your videos can be recovered but it's difficult to be specific without knowing which Everio it is. If you recorded to a card you should be able to put the card in a reader and look for deleted files using a data recovery program like PC Inspector Smart Recovery (it's good and it's free). If your PC sees the camcorder as an external hard drive you may be able to scan it using the same software. Failing that you'll need to contact a company specialising in this sort of data recovery work.
