What good free web cam recording software is there?

Web CAmera! PLEASE HELP. NEED A SITE THAT CAN RECORD VIDEO'S USING WEB CAM WITH MANY Effects! :(?

Okay, guys. I need a software/ a Site which allows recording video's and has many effects. [ Video Effects, like the ones on Cameroid] I got this NEW web cam [It's called TAG] And idk it doesn't have any effects and stuff. :| I REALLY NEED HELP. Also suggest some cool sites like Cameroid.com which allows you to take many pictures which cool effects. :P [Sorry. Go get, if you do not yet have one, a Youtube channel. You tube, when you go to upload a video, has a link to record from a webcam. Youtube also has video editor although I have never used it. To help you here is an article on online video editors http://www.videomaker.com/article/14923/
