Cheap video camera where to buy??

i am looking foward to buying a video camera.. i dont want to spend more than 120 dollars on one. i just want to shoot small videos to put up on such as youtube.com or myspace videos.. just a video camera to mess around with and take pictures. does anyone know a good video camera around 120 dollars no more than that.. i was looking foward to buying the Aiptek Digital Video Camera (DV5900) has anyone purchased that one?? well if anyone can help me find a cheap one that would be nice.. oh and dont tell me to go on ebay.. i want to buy it at a store.
