Should I get the Flip mino hd or the Flip ultra HD?

For recording musical covers on Youtube, should I get the Flip mino HD or the Flip Ultra HD?

The camera will also be used to video random things. I am mainly concerned about the sound quality. I currently use the Canon Powershot A1000 IS to record my "covers," but am looking to move to an HD camera that is affordable and portable.

There is no real advantage of the MinoHD vs the UltraHD. The Mino HD costs more money than the UltraHD, the Mino HD is thinner but that's the only advantage.
