What's the best camcorder I can get with a budget?

• I want to get a camcorder for my birthday [like a flip cam] because I plan on launching a YouTube channel sometime soon after April to post my music content and possibly vlog on if I decide to. I want something that will pick up my music [guitar, singing, etc.] exceptionally and have good video quality as well. I'm aware that the acoustics of the room I record in is important as well, but I'll be sure to choose where that is carefully. My budget would be roughly $200.00 as of now.
