What is the cheapest camcorder for indoor taping?

What is a really good Camcorder under $250?

  • I want to get my boyfriend a Camcorder for his birthday. And I would really like to spend under $250. I don't know much about this kind of stuff, but I would like something that can 1) Takes good quality videos when taping something fast moving (like cars...he is into drifting/racing) 2) Does not run on a vhs, but runs on a sim card or a CD 3) Under $250 4) with the videos able to upload to his computer either by a card, disc or USB type of thing. Like I said, I don't know much. Any useful help is important. Thank you!
