What's the best camcorder for professional-like movies?

Really blurry camcorder recordings?

  • my camcorder was acting up one night, and my friends and i recorded a movie, but its almost impossible to tell whats going on if you werent part of the production. All the audio is fine. I was wondering if there was a way to make it less blurry on my computer, since the camcorder works fine now. I use CyberLink Power Producer and Power Director to edit my movies.

    It sounds like you might have had the autofocus turned off, or maybe there wasn't enough light to get a sharp image. Unfortunately, there isn't much you can do to fix this. Your software might be able to sharpen the outlines, but the result might look like cartoon drawings. Software can only work with what's on the tape. It can't fill in details that aren't there.

You can try converting it to Hi def using video converting programs such as Intervideo.

If your movie was recorded out of focus then you are screwed. If it was not then it digitized wrong. No program can fix either of these problems. It sounds like your camcorder was acting up when you shot your footage but what do I know. Good luck!!
