Which is better in terms of light camera stabilisation for video recording?
-
Is it "Hague Mini Motion Cam Stabilizer" or 'Manfrotto 585 Modosteady"? I want to use it with light Canon T1i to record video while on the move.
-
Answer:
Probably both will be disappointing. I tried a cheap stabiliser, possibly similar to the two you list, but it didn't work well for me. Try to find people with experience of both.

A camera to work with a "steady cam" needs to be able to have automatic tracing white balance, auto focus, and auto iris in order to keep up with the changing conditions as you move. This is why you need a camcorder and not a digital still camera in movie mode where these parameters cannot adjust once you start shooting.
