On the jvc everio hdd camcorder, how do you upload VIDEOS?

I have a jvc everio hdd camcorder. i can successfully upload PHOTOS, but it won't let me upload VIDEOS what am i suppossed to do?????????

I have been uploading VIDEO from my JVC for many years now via a mini USB cable & have NEVER had a problem, Make sure the cam is in PLAYBACK mode & switched to video on the control panel , when you import them with the capture stage in your editing programme it will do the job for you, a lot of people tell you that you need firewire, Not True, firewire is only marginally faster than USB & the average viewer cant't see any difference in quality. Use a decent editing programme as WMM is pretty basic.

You probably need the Firewire cable. USB is generally for Photos only.
