How do you import a video in Windows Movie Maker?

How can i import a video file onto windows movie maker?

  • im trying to download a video, without having to download some weird movie watching thing,.,or something. When i finally find it in my documents. i click it then click on import, it says "The file C:\Documents and Settings\Compaq_Administrator\My Documents\My Pictures\pikachu\pikachu 002.mov is not a supported file type, and it cannot be imported into Windows Movie Maker." how can i download the video without tat comming up?!
