Can anyone tell me how to send a video from cam coder by email?

  • Hi i have just recently bought my self a cam coder which i love very much. When i was in London for a few days with the family i took a few videos which are really good. I down loaded onto my computer witch was easy, but i can not send them to the family by email it is saying too long for email, is the only way to down load it on a disc. Please help if you can thanks

    Almost all video files are too large to be sent by e-mail. You'll have to put the file on a CD or DVD (or even a Blu-Ray disc, if it's very large) and send it via postal mail. A large memory card sent in a stiff cardboard envelope can work, too.

Set up an online storage account such as >>http://www.windowslive.co.uk/skydrive#permissions once setup upload your videos,then send the url to your family by email then they can download it,this was just a brief description of how it is done but you will manage.Now a word of advice it is always better to make a copy of videos or photos and send them to storage instead of the originals in case something goes wrong,good luck
