How can I fix my wet video camera? Got wet today at Lake Erie. ?

We were filming a commercial today with my video camera (no tape, all digital), and water sprung fast with a wave that came out of nowhere and the camera died while shooting. This happened a few hours ago, since then I have blow-dried the camera (took out battery and memory card) and I placed it onto a zip lock bag with dry white rice, and I placed it on the air conditioner. Thats where it is right now. This is actually my teacher's camera, and he might want it back by Tuesday or so. I need HELP! asap!

It sounds like you have done everything you can really, give it a day to dry out, if it doesn't turn back on it sounds like you are out of luck.
