Is there a phone that has like an 8 megapixel video camera or better,u can use to upload videos from the road?

i know the iphone has a regular 3 mp camera and i think the Blackberry is working on a 5 mp but i'm wondering if there is anything now from whatever phone? i have this cheap little SD HD camcorder (like $79 Bucks) and i can swap out the card and then use the iPhone to upload from the road, but i'd rather have an all in one device
