What are some good high quality camcorders?

  • I'm looking for camcorders that are shoulder mounted that can be used on a tripod as well. I'm thinking in the $1,000- $2,000 area. Cam someone give me a few websites where I can find HD camcorders? I'm interested in one that takes both pictures and videos.
